What HouseRevive is
HouseRevive is a connection and matching service. We help homeowners describe their renovation project and connect them with independent local renovation professionals. HouseRevive is not a contractor and does not perform renovation or construction work.
Independent professionals
Renovation professionals you are connected with are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for site visits, assessments, estimates, pricing, proposals, contracts, permits, warranties and the work itself.
Your responsibilities
Before hiring anyone, you should review the professional's proposal, contract, insurance, licensing, references and qualifications, and decide for yourself whether to proceed. You are under no obligation to hire any professional.
No guarantees
HouseRevive does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, timelines or outcome of any renovation work, or that a match will be found for every request. Images on this website are inspiration imagery and do not depict work completed by HouseRevive.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and to only submit requests for properties you own or are authorized to renovate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HouseRevive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with renovation professionals or from use of this website.
